There are many reasons that may lead to a withdrawal order being cancelled, a few examples (but not limited to) include registering multiple accounts, using fake details to register an account, registering with a fake, disposable or temporary email address. Registering with a virtual, fake or VOIP number or simply not adhering to bonus conditions will be other reasons why a withdrawal order will be cancelled.

Other reasons that we deem as abusive behavior will lead to a withdrawal order being cancelled and account permanently closed.

We reserve the right to cancel a withdrawal order and clear the account’s balance at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice or warning.

 We will never cancel withdrawal orders of players that do not abuse the system or that follow our conditions.
