Another example is that our system has determined that a particular bonus has already been given to a player or the player has created multiple accounts which is flagged as abuse behavior in which case no additional bonuses are awarded by our system.

Our team cannot override this, it is an automated process with no human intervention. Please do not ask us to override this or for bonuses that do not appear in your Bonus menu. Our system will automatically award bonuses when all conditions are met.
