If your first withdrawal winnings are from bonuses that you received for registering (Welcome Bonus, Free Spins..), then your first withdrawal will remain “On hold” until all applicable bonus conditions have been met. Please refer to the Bonus Conditions section of our FAQ’s for more information on these conditions.

The above does not apply if your winnings are from a paid deposit in which case you will be eligible for a payout as soon as your identity has been verified.
